I have been into photography since the early 1980’s after picking up an old Russian Zenith 11 camera.

I was born and brought up in South Wales and on leaving school took every opportunity to travel. After 10 years of extensive travelling and working through Central and South America and Europe I have settled in Gloucester, England.
I have been into photography since the early 1980’s after picking up an old Russian Zenith 11 camera before moving onto a Minolta dynax film camera.
In the early 1990’s I moved from film to slide due to the work I was undertaking in Central America and from there moved onto Digital for underwater photography in 2005 while still using film and slide for all land based images.
In Jan 2008 the decision was made to go fully digital with the purchase of 2 canon digital EOS systems.
Underwater photography was always my passion and still is with the travel photography bug coming after various trips to Honduras. I have been fortunate enough to have several pieces of written work and images published around the world in SCUBA and outdoor magazines.
2008 has been a learning curve in glamour/portraits/wildlife/event and sport photography while still keeping up with underwater and travel work.
I have also in 2008 completed various photographic training courses while becoming a member of the Royal Photographic Society and the British Freelance Photographers association. As well as this website, online portfolios of Glamour and Portrait work can be found at net-model, net-portfolio and purestorm, (links to these sites are listed below).
